One: One standard electric decoiler(two electric decoiler make the workers assemble the coils more easily）

• Onecoils max bearing 8 tons coils. One decoiler can max bearing 16ton coils.
• Decoiler(two coils)spreads diameter between 500mm and 600mm.
• One decoiler(two coils)with a 1.5kw motor.
• Hvac duct line 3 can alsocustomized decoiler with four coils. Four decoilers
• Four decoilermax bearing 32 ton coils. And Four decoiler with four 1.5kw motors, which differs from the standard 2 coils with one motor.

Two: One set of beading and leveling device

• One set of beading device with 2 beading rollers.
• One leveling devicewith 4 rollers
• Themain machine besides the beading device and leveling device, it also has the upper roller and coated with glue.
• Itensures that the feeding sheet does not slip in the middle and also the outer surface of the plate will not be damaged.
• All the roller shaft working surface is plated with hardchrome, which will not damage the outer surface of the sheet.
• After strict heat treatment and finishing, can fully ensure theshape requirements of the beading.
• If you want to make beads to strengthen the duct, you could adjust the bead roller by lifting the roller up or down toadjust the depth of beads.

Three: HVAC duct line 3 with four hydraulic angle steel notcher dies.

• 2 sets notchers for punching sharp mouth.
• 2 sets notchers for punching square mouth.
• 4 sets punching diesare composed of four sets of symmetrical dies on both sides, each die is driven by a cylinder with a diameter of 80mm and stroke of 65mm.
• Customers can adjustthe cutting angle and the cutting angle depth of different widths of plates by rotating the screw.

Four: Hydraulic plate shearing and bending device

• Shearing and bending device can shear and bend 1.2mm GI sheet
• the bending and shearing device controlled by the hydraulic cylinder and the material of bending and shearing device by 9Crsi.

Five: PLC control system

• Our PLC control system is Mitsubishi from Japan.
• Schneider PLC and driver is also optional.

The working process:

Decoiler(bearing the coils)→ beading and leveling device(For beading and leveling the galvanized sheet)→hydraulic angle steel notching device (For notching “v” and “L” of the galvanized steel sheet)→hydraulic shear device (For shearing the sheet)→hydraulic folding machine(For bending the galvanized steel sheet)
