Australian Customer Visiting BEKE for New Plant

On January 15, 2024, I saw an RFQ on Alibaba for purchasing an air duct production line on Alibaba. I quoted a price based on the customer’s requirements. After contacting the customer, the customer sent me a list of the machines they needed. I made an initial quotation based on the customer’s machine list. A month after sending the quotation, I followed up several times, but the customer just said that he would reply as soon as possible.

Finally, on March 3, 2024, the customer sent a more detailed list of machines and asked me to quote. I once again made a second quotation based on the customer’s requirements, and have been discussing the details of the machine with the customer through email and WhatsApp.

On March 14th, the customer contacted me and said that he wanted to come to China and visit the factory and machinery, so I made and sent a business invitation letter to the customer. Then after the customer’s visa was approved, I finalized the visit time with the customer.

Before the customer’s visit, our factory checked in advance and determined all the machines that the customer needed to check, ensuring that the customer could inspect every machine as much as possible, coordinating the pick-up and drop-off matters with the company staff, and arranging accommodation for the customer in advance. In addition, aSccording to the customer’s visit needs, a one-day visit itinerary is planned in advance for the customer.

On April 1st, the customer visited. We patiently tested each machine and explained it according to the customer’s needs. We actively discussed all the machine details with the customer to better understand the customer’s needs.

After the factory visit, we discuss the parameters and configuration of each machine one by one with the customer in the office, write down all the customer’s needs, and prepare a final quotation for the customer.

After a hard day’s work, we prepared a local restaurant with local characteristics for the customer in the evening. After dinner, we sent the customer back to the hotel to end the day’s visit.
