1.Introduction and Features

Principle: The oil pump is driven by the motor to generate high-pressure oil, which is commutated through the solenoid valve, and the relief valve adjusts press, through the automatic/semi-automatic control switch of electrical appliances, push the oil cylinder up and down to realize the mold pressing and riveting up and down forming compaction.

Scope of work: The riveting machine can rive one end of a solid nail into a flat head or a mushroom head, and also.Hollow nails can be rolled into flanging effect through the die, which is mostly used for the connection between sheet metal plates and rivets. The rivet nut is squeezed by force, and the nut screw and the plate are perfectly fastened together. It is widely used in air ducts. Installation range: This product can be customized without rivet riveting, that is, the two metal plates do not rely on rivets, it can be directly riveted together in the form of butt welding, which has the advantages of reducing the cost of rivets, not easy to rust, and high efficiency.

This model is divided into three tonnage options: economical 4T, common 6T, and versatile 8T. All series can be customized to support rivetless riveting.

Mechanical structure

It is composed of bed, hydraulic motor oil pump, electromagnetic reversing valve, relief valve and electrical control circuit. The hydraulic system is automatically/semi-automatically controlled by the foot switch as the power transmission action, and the corresponding riveting and riveting-free functions are completed by replacing the corresponding mold according to the production process requirements in coordination with the actions of the machinery, PLC controller and other parts.

Mechanical structure

In conjunction with the actions of mechanical and PLC controllers, the corresponding molds are replaced according to the production process requirements to complete the corresponding riveting and non riveting functions.

3.Basic Parameters
