In November 2023, we received an inquiry from Mr. Nuessler, a customer from Germany. He was in need of a TDC flange machine with a PLC screen.
On March 12, 2024, Mr. Nuessler and his team visited our factory. Mr. Nuessler showed great interest in our production auto duct line 3 and plasma cutting machine. Our engineers provided a demonstration of the machines in operation.
Mr. Nuessler expressed a strong desire to purchase a TDC flange machine and even brought along their own flange and TDC corner codes for reference. We took the time to thoroughly understand Mr. Nuessler’s requirements and specific needs.
We proceeded with further business negotiations with Mr. Nuessler, delving into the details of the order, delivery time, and payment methods. Throughout the discussions, we actively listened to their needs and offered professional advice and solutions.
