Recently, a delegation of three customers from Kazakhstan visited the BYFO manufacturing facility for a comprehensive and in-depth on-site inspection. The visit focused primarily on BYFO’s core HVAC ductwork equipment, including the angle iron flange production line and the angle iron rolling forming machine, which are widely used in duct fabrication and industrial ventilation projects.
The visit was arranged as part of the customers’ evaluation process for potential long-term cooperation in the Central Asian market. Given the increasing demand for standardized duct systems and efficient HVAC solutions in the region, the customers placed particular emphasis on equipment stability, processing accuracy, and production efficiency.
During the factory tour, the BYFO engineering team conducted a detailed and systematic equipment operation demonstration. The demonstration covered the entire production workflow, starting from raw material loading, automatic feeding, forming, punching, and finishing, through to the final output of completed angle iron flange components. Each step of the process was presented clearly, allowing the customers to observe the equipment’s automation level and operational logic under real production conditions.
Throughout the inspection, the customers actively communicated with BYFO engineers and raised a series of technical and practical questions. These questions focused on key aspects such as equipment performance, forming precision, production capacity, operating stability, and maintenance requirements. The engineering team provided clear, professional, and experience-based explanations, sharing not only technical parameters but also real application cases from existing projects.
The customers expressed strong recognition of the high efficiency, stable operation, and precise processing performance demonstrated by BYFO’s equipment. They noted that the production line design is well-suited for continuous operation and meets their expectations for long-term reliability in demanding working environments. In particular, the angle iron flange production line was regarded as highly competitive in terms of output consistency and overall manufacturing quality.
