Auto Duct Line V Demonstration and Key Features
During the visit, BYFO engineers conducted a detailed demonstration of the Auto Duct Line V, highlighting its entire production workflow and technical advantages. Customers observed each stage of the process, which includes automatic uncoiling, leveling, bending and grooving, notching, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, angle flange forming, and final square folding. Engineers explained the operation principles, production efficiency, and precision control at every step.
The Auto Duct Line V is designed with a compact U-type structure, which requires minimal floor space, making it ideal for medium and small-sized plants. Pneumatic mechanical manipulators work in conjunction with a combined nip machine to push the plates, achieving high-speed operation with precise positioning. Unlike traditional processing methods, this innovative approach significantly saves time and enhances production efficiency, allowing one L-shaped semi-finished product to be completed in approximately 22 minutes.
Equipped with a production management system, the line supports day count and cumulative count tracking, providing operators with real-time performance monitoring. Dual input modes, including touchscreen and keyboard operation, ensure reliability and flexibility during production. Optional rod punching and laminating functions further extend the line’s versatility.
The Auto Duct Line V can process TDF flange straight pipes and angle flange “C” bone flanges, with a daily production capacity ranging from 800 to 2,500 square meters. Key components, including the Ø70 leveling roller and Ø100 grooving roller, are made from hardened and tempered 45# steel coated with hard chrome, ensuring long service life, precise results, and protection of metal sheet surfaces. The hydraulic shearing machine, featuring a 6CrWu2Si steel blade, provides accurate cutting within ±0.5mm, free from burrs or turned edges.
