Recently, a complete large-scale air duct production line from BYFO was successfully loaded and officially shipped to a customer in Türkiye, marking another solid step forward in BYFO’s global delivery of integrated manufacturing solutions.
The shipped system features a comprehensive configuration, covering all major equipment required for duct fabrication, including a laser cutting machine, automatic duct production line, TDF flange forming machine, pneumatic folding machine, hydraulic vertical seam closer, corner inserting machine, and punching machine. The entire solution was packed into three 40HQ containers, providing a highly integrated and efficient setup to support large-volume duct production.
To ensure maximum safety during long-distance sea transportation, BYFO’s logistics and technical teams strictly followed a professional container loading plan. Each machine was carefully lifted and positioned using forklifts, followed by thorough and reinforced fixing to withstand vibration and impact throughout the voyage.
