On July 24th, BYFO engineer completed after-sales service for Kyrgyzstan customer. The customer has a duct factory in Bishkek and purchased a lot of BYFO equipment before. This time there was a problem with his auto duct line III, it couldn’t cut 1mm thick sheet.
BYFO engineer guided the customer to inspect several parts that may caused this problem one by one. They eventually found that the screw of the cylinder for the pressing crossbeam was loose. After tightening the screw, the problem was solved and the machine ran normally again.
