On July 21st, BYFO engineer completed after-sales service for Mongolian customer. The customer has a medium-sized air duct factory located in Ulaanbaatar. He has purchased our machines many times. This time he contacted BYFO after-sales department and said that his 1530 63A plasma cutting machine is not working.
BYFO engineer immediately identified that it was due to air pressure alarm. He guided the customer to inspect the relevant parts, and eventually found a large amount of water in the air compressor’s air pipe. He helped the customer drain the water, and the machine eventually operated successfully.
BYFO reminds customers: the air compressor of the plasma cutting machine will generate water in the air pipe during the use, and the water should be regularly discharged to avoid affecting the use.
