On May 16, 2021, he contacted me to come to China to visit our factory, I said yes, then he came to China on June 13, 2021, and came to visit our factory on June 15.
The customer came to our factory to visit the third-line and the third-line test machine. He was very satisfied with the whole process. Finally, he decided to buy the third-line, and the customer chose the FOB transportation method.
After the customer decided, we made PI for them, the customer paid the deposit, and then we placed a work order, and the construction period was 20 days. After 20 days, the production of the machine was completed, and we carried out the test machine of the 3rd line of air duct production to ensure the quality of the machine.
After that, we sent the finished machine and the video of the machine test to the customer. The customer was very satisfied after watching it and asked the customer to pay the balance.
Regarding delivery, the customer chooses to ship the whole container, and the whole container is sent to the customer, and it will be very convenient for the customer to pick up the goods. During the loading process, we will arrange special workers to place and fix the machine, and wrap it with wrapping film to prevent the machine from being damaged due to some external factors. The machine will also be fixed with wire ropes and bandages to prevent the machine from being hit. If it is broken, the bottom of the machine will be further fixed with angle iron, which will prevent the machine from shaking left and right.
In-sale service
The machine will be shipped on July 5, 2021. Before the machine arrives at the customer’s factory, we will contact the customer in advance to inform him of the following preparations: 4 square meters of wire, No. 46 hydraulic oil, and galvanized coil.
After-sales service
After 20 days of sea transportation, on July 25, 2021, the machine arrived at the customer’s factory. At the same time, we will also connect with customers in time, send the operation manual and installation video of the machine to customers, establish a separate after-sales service group belonging to their company for customers, and promptly reply and solve all problems of customers in the process of using the machine. The following are our technical after-sales personnel who go to the customer’s factory to help them install and debug at the customer’s request.In the process of machine installation and debugging, we also teach customers the use, maintenance and precautions of the machine.
