The operator or maintenance personnel of the machine must be familiar with the structure and performance of the HVAC duct production line 3 from BYFO company, and operate the machine in accordance with BYFO’s safety operating procedures.
Please check whether there are foreign objects on the punching die, shearing blade and bending position. Check whether each parts of the machine is loose,and then start the machine after confirming.
Before staring up the oil pump, add #46 hydraulic oil to ensure the oil level is above 3/4 of the level gauge,which is about 75L. Check whether the rotation direction of the oil pump motor rotates clockwise, prohibit counterclockwise rotation. After using, if the hydraulic oil reduced, it should be refilled in time, and replaced every 6 month.
The PLC program of the machine is designed by BYFO company . Except for some parameters for users, the users cannot modify other system parameters and spindle parameters privately. If there is an issue with the program, please contact with the after-sales of BYFO company in time. After modifying the parameters, restart the machine and operate the machine according to the normal procedure.
The parts of the machine that need to be added or painted with No. 46 hydraulic oil regularly: the bending mold and the shearing knife，the two small holes beside the bending mold and shearing knife need to be added in; The motor on the coil rack needs add oil, the material core screw rod needs to be painted oil.
The beading roller and leveling roller and the plates entering the machine need to be kept clean. It is forbidden to smear any oil and other liquids on the plates to prevent the plates from slipping during work.
Regularly check whether the pipe fittings and other components are loose and whether there is oil leakage.
If abnormal operation or abnormal noise is found during work, stop the machine and inspect immediately, and operate after troubleshooting.
Non-professionals are not allowed to open the electrical cabinet. Before opening the electrical cabinet make sure that the main power switch turned off.
All connections and joints of the BYFO’s HVAC duct production line are not allowed to be unplugged or plugged when power on, otherwise it will cause serious consequence.
If the machine runs a long time, it will affect the life of the electrical system and some mechanical components, which affects the accuracy of the machine. The continuous working time does not exceed 8 hours.
The maintenance period of the air duct production line is half a year, the user needs to conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the machine every half a year.
